One of the distinctive elements of C Platinum is the innovative water treatment system, which minimises waste and optimises resources. Thanks to the demineralisation and recirculation filters, the autoclave is able to reuse the water in the subsequent sterilisation cycles, drastically reducing water consumption compared to traditional systems. Up to 50 sterilisation cycles can be carried out with just 5 litres of mains water. An exceptional result.
Maximum water savings
Thanks to the integrated demineralisation filter, which allows the autoclave to be directly filled with mains water, and the recirculation filter, the water used is purified and reused, allowing up to 50 cycles to be carried out with just 5 litres of water. This innovative system reduces operating costs and environmental impact, eliminating the need for a continuous supply of demineralised water or centralised water treatment systems.

The integrated demineralising filter allows direct use of mains water without the need for external devices, while the integrated conductivity sensor constantly monitors water quality, guaranteeing reliable performance and preserving the performance of the autoclave over time.

Traceability
Each sterilisation cycle is completely traceable. With MyTrace, sterilised instruments can be associated with the patient by simply scanning the QR code or barcode labels on the bags, ensuring clear and verifiable documentation.

C by Castellini is available in three capacities (17, 22 and 28 litres) with the same external dimensions. It is easy to install in any operating space. The 3.2” touchscreen provides a clear and user-friendly interface that simplifies every operation. Features such as delayed start and extra drying optimise operating times.
Three volumes, maximum flexibility
This versatility allows for easy installation even in small spaces, optimising the organisation of the dental practice.
- 17 litres: ideal for dental practices with limited sterilisation volumes, perfect for operators who need frequent cycles but with reduced loads. Optimises the duration of the cycle, reducing operating time.
- 22 litres: the most balanced choice for dental practices with a medium-high workflow, combining adequate capacity and small footprint. It guarantees enhanced efficiency in the management of sterilised instruments without compromising on space.
- 28 litres: perfect for dental practices with a high demand for sterilisation or for those who want to process several instruments in a single cycle, reducing the overall number of daily sterilisations and optimising operating times.
Total traceability
Each report, generated at the end of the sterilisation cycle, is automatically stored in the autoclave's internal memory, which has a total capacity of 10,000 cycles. Reports can be downloaded in PDF format via the USB port, while the DataSter software allows automatic download to a PC or local network, simplifying document management.
With the MyTrace software, each sterilisation cycle can be associated with the sterilised instruments and subsequently with the patient via barcode or QR code labels, generated by the optional printer.
